5 Ways To Scale With Ads
⭐️ Gold star to our client who had a 106% increase year over year!
August 2023: $61,000
August 2024: $126,000
Yes, running ads was a MAJOR factor in this growth, and of course we will take the credit there 😉 BUT we couldn’t have done it if she wasn’t implementing these 5 things:
Buying plan - Louder for the people in the back!!! IMO you cannot succeed without a buying plan! We are constantly referring people to Management One because they are the best of the best and anyone we’ve scaled has had their team on their side. 👗💸
Point of view/ ideal customer - This might be a newsflash, but just buying the stuff you find cute isn’t a point of view, nor does it keep your ideal customer in mind. Curating collections that not only align with your goals, but truly speak to your ideal customer is key when running ads. 🛍️ Bonus tip: styling those collections so they speak to your ideal customer will guarantee a home run! ⚾️
Having a niche - In the past couple of years we have really seen the cream rise to the top with boutiques who have a niche. While yes, shoes or jewelry is a niche, but so is trendy mom, athleisure, plus size, etc. 🛒
Not flying by the seat of your pants - Yes, some days our clients decide that day what items they want to run in ads, but they have inventory in stock, ready to go. They don’t need to reorder to replace, they know their goals, their vision and have the right kind of inventory on hand to support. ✏️📈 AND THEY HAVE A PLAN!
Quick turnaround - If we turn off an ad today because of performance or sell through, the faster we can get a replacement up, the faster sales allocated to that budget will resume. 🤑 This means front loading us with content before a vacation, so the budget doesn’t ever dip. If a client doesn’t have anything pre-filmed, they get bonus points for not overthinking the content and sending same day! ✨ This is HUGE because if we have to wait for content, the budget isn’t being sustained, which will cause a decline in sales while we’re waiting.
